How do I buy something on Ecocube.net?

The price on Ecocube.net are all retail price. Drop us an email to get our full product list & wholesales quotation. Or, browse through our various categories / sub-categories to find your favourite products, write down the SKUs, and send email to us for wholesales quotation. If you are looking for any products which out of our product list, please send us the product brand and full name, we will check with our Australia head quarter and get back to you ASAP.

What payment methods are supported by Eco Cube?

Bank Transfer

Buyers can perform an ATM transfer or i-Banking transfer to one of our designated Eco Cube Guarantee bank accounts.

Can I cancel my order?

Unpaid orders can be cancelled anytime.

You will not be able to cancel an order once it has been paid.

Eco Cube Supported Logistics is the integrated pickup delivery logistics service brought to you by Eco Cube. With our supported logistics providers, you can easily keep track of your shipment directly from courier website.

Can I pre-arrange the date and time of delivery?

We are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests at the moment. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will deliver to you again according to their redelivery policies.

What is the delivery lead time for my order?

After our Eco Cube Supported Logistics provider picks up the order from our Malaysia warehouse, it will be delivered to you within 1-3 days

Can I receive partially upon courier delivers my order?

No, you need to either receive or reject all the products under a single tracking number.
